I have had Pilates sessions with Amy for many months and I enjoy the variety and enthusiasm she brings to a work out. One characteristic to her teaching is that she encourages you to try progressively more difficult exercises that you’re not sure you can do at first.  As you try them, you learn that you actually can perform them and, as a result, have a more productive session. She helps me keep correct form so I can get the most benefit from the exercises and that has helped me maintain strength and balance during this current period of COVID.
