All of our teachers have completed 450+ hour training programs, have many years of movement and teaching experience, and are hired as employees rather than independent contractors. With these standards in place, we offer a consistently high-quality personalized Pilates experience.

Because The Pilates LAB is a Core Dynamics Teacher Training Facility, we often have newly-graduated teachers and teachers-in-training around the studio. You’ll see members of this crew, observing, practicing, assisting, and subbing.
