Karen Nuwer

Karen is a certified Pilates instructor with over 30 years experience with body work. As a professional dancer, Karen performed with Sesame Street Live and on numerous Royal Caribbean Cruise ships; she also toured with Empire State Ballet and performed in theme parks and venues in Las Vegas. 

A Buffalo native, Ms. Nuwer was on faculty at David DeMarie Dance Studio and is currently a Rehearsal Director for the Main Theatre Production Shows on some of the largest cruise ships in the world.
